You can process payments for private billing within the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) using Stripe. Additionally, you can collect payments in the clinic with an integrated Stripe point of sale (POS) terminal. A Stripe account is required for this integration. Stripe offers online payment processing services through websites and mobile applications. For more information, refer to the Stripe website.
This feature must be enabled by the TELUS CHR Connect team. Please contact them at chrconnectsupport@telus.com before creating your Stripe account or integrating your existing account with the CHR.
Steps
From the main menu, click Settings > Billing.
Scroll down to the Private Billing Providers section.
Click Integrate.
A new window opens.
4. Enter your email address, and click Next.
📌 Note: Ensure that you have reached out to chrconnectsupport@telus.com prior to creating a new Stripe account.
5. Follow the instructions to connect to the CHR.

You must first purchase the terminal device directly from Stripe.
📌 Note: The CHR can only integrate with the BBPOS WisePOS E.
