Clinics can process payment for private billing items from within the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR), using Stripe.
⚠️ Important: Only account owners can set up the integration with Stripe.
Clinic managers / owners must contact the CHR support team to get account ownership transferred.
From the main toolbar, click Settings > Billing.
Scroll down to the Private Billing Providers section.
A new window will open
4. If you are an existing Stripe account holder, enter your email address.
5. Follow the instruction to connect to the CHR.
Alternatively, if you are new to Stripe, click Next and follow the instructions to sign up and connect to the CHR.
Once configured, you are able to process private billing items using Stripe.
