If your clinic has multiple locations sharing the same TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) system, but not all locations offer eBooking, you can select what locations patients can book at.
Steps
1. From the main menu, click Settings > Account information > Locations.
2. Select the location you want to show or hide for eBooking. The Update Location window opens.
3. From the eBooking tab, in the Important Message field, select one of the following options:
Yes: To show the location as an option during eBooking
No: To hide the location as an option during eBooking
4. Click Save.
