If you want to view and/or modify flexible working hours that you have applied to a provider's schedule, you can do this on a provider-specific basis or on a per template basis.

Steps to view and modify all flexible working hours applied to a provider's schedule

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Scheduling > Hours.

  2. Next to the provider's name, click Edit, and then select Flex.

    A list of all flexible hours applied to provider's schedule appear in the <Provider's> Flexible Hours window.

  3. To modify flexible working hours, click on one.
    The Add Flexible Hour window appears, where you can modify any field. See Adding flexible working hours to provider schedules for more information about the individual fields.

  4. Click Save once you have modified the hours.

  5. To delete flex hours, click x next to the hours you want to delete.

  6. Once you are done, click Close to exit the flexible working hours window.

  7. Finally, refresh your browser to see the provider schedules.

Steps to view and modify template-specific flexible working hours for providers

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Scheduling > Hours.

  2. Click Flex Templates.
    The Flexible Schedule Template window appears.

  3. Search for and select a template you want to modify.

  4. The Edit Flexible Schedule Template window appears.

  5. To delete provider flexible working hours associated to that template, click Related Schedules (at the top right corner).

  6. A Scheduled Hours by this template window appears. From here, you can view and delete flexible working hours/dates:

    • Click Delete All to delete all the flexible hours in the list for all providers.

    • Hover over a provider name and click Delete All to delete only their flexible hours.

    • Hover over a date and click X to delete individual flexible hours.

  7. Once you are done, click Close to exit the window.

  8. Finally, refresh your browser to see the provider schedules.
