Whether you are adding a new flowsheet or viewing an existing flowsheet for a patient, you can add data elements to track.

Any new flowsheet elements added to a patient's flowsheet apply only to that patient's flowsheet, and are not reflected in other flowsheet templates of the same type. For example, if you are are viewing the diabetes flowsheet for a specific patient and add a data element, that element will not appear in the diabetes flowsheet for other patients.
