Collaborative Health Record (CHR)

If you are required by the Ministry to submit SLI codes on your bills, in addition to specifying the appropriate SLI code on the bill, you must enable a setting in your MDBilling portal. 

At the top right, click Welcome &gt; Settings.

In the left toolbar, click My preferences.

Under Specific to Medical Disciplines, click Enable Service Location Indicator.

1. Log in to your MDBilling.ca account.
2. At the top right, click Welcome &gt; Settings.
3. In the left toolbar, click My preferences.
4. Under Specific to Medical Disciplines, click Enable Service Location Indicator.
5. Click Save All Preferences.
