Qnaire sub-scores and total scores can automatically push into patient data once the patient has completed the Qnaire. Encounter, letter and form templates can then be configured to automatically pull in Qnaire scores.
⚠️ Important: A patient data template associated to Qnaire scores must be added to your CHR domain. Contact TELUS CHR support (see Contact us) if you do not see the category associated to Qnaire scores in your domain.
From the main menu, click Qnaires.
Search for the Qnaire and click the trend icon next to it.
Under Scores, select which scores you want to pull into patient data and click + next to Targeted Patient Data.
The Patient Data Variable window appears.
Under Category, Data property and Visible Data, select the relevant values.
To modify the targeted patient data click the pencil icon.
To delete the targeted patient data, click x.
