You can mute notifications from instant chat conversations to avoid distractions. You can mute notifications for all conversations or for only a single conversation.
1. From the main menu, click Chat or open the instant chat widget.
2. To mute all notifications, at the top of the My chats window, click the notification icon.
The notification icon changes to indicate that conversations are muted.
💡 Tip: To re-enable notifications, click the notifications icon again.
2. To mute a specific conversation, click the conversation and, from the menu, choose Mute or select the Mute conversation toggle. A mute icon appears next to the muted conversation.
💡 Tip: To re-enable notifications, select the conversation and choose Enable notifications.
