You can save your patient's incomplete Qnaires in TELUS Collaborative Health Record Intake and retrieve them again for your patient to complete at a later stage.
⚠️ Important: Saved Qnaires are automatically removed from the app after 24 hours.
For example, a patient starts completing their assigned Qnaires and they are asked to see a nurse to have blood taken. The patient can continue where they left off once they are done seeing the nurse.
To save a patient's Qnaire data while in TELUS CHR Intake, tap X at the top-right corner of the screen. A Temporary Save window appears. Select Yes to save the Qnaire responses.
Enter your TELUS CHR Intake passcode. You return to the home screen.
To retrieve the saved but incomplete Qnaire responses, from the home page, select Setting. The Setting screen appears.
Under App Setting, select Temporary Questionnaire Data. The Temporary Questionnaire Data screen appears.
Search for and select the Qnaire.
From the Select Mode window, select Chat if you are using a cell phone or Slide if you are using a tablet, and select Confirm.
Hand the patient the device so that they can complete the Qnaire. See Collecting patient data using TELUS CHR Intake on your tablet (steps 7-10) or Collecting patient data using TELUS CHR Intake on your cell phone (steps 7-10).
To delete any saved Qnaire data, select the trash can icon for the questionnaire.
💡 Tip: To delete all saved Qnaires, select Delete All and, when prompted, select Yes.
