Adding images to Qnaires

You can add images with or without text in your Qnaires. For example, you may want to add your clinic logo at the start of your Qnaire.

📌 Note: You can only upload JPG, PNG or GIF images.

Steps

  1. From the Questions tab within a new or existing Qnaire, click +New Question.

  2. Under Choose Type, click Section. See Creating Qnaires for information on how to navigate to the Questions page.

  3. To add a heading above the image in the Qnaire, click Enter Section Title and type the heading.

  4. Click Question Subtext (Optional).

    An Edit Description window appears.

  5. To add more text, type in the text box.
    💡 Tip: You can format your text using the formatting bar at the top of the message body.

  6. To add an image, click the image icon in the formatting bar.

    An Insert Image window appears.

  7. To upload an image from your computer and add it to your image library, under the Upload tab:

    • Drag and drop your image in the Drop file here section, or

    • Click Choose File, navigate to and select the image on your computer, and click the Choose tab to select the image to upload.


    The image appears in the text box of the Edit Description window.
    💡 Tip: To select an already uploaded image from the image library, from the Choose tab select an image and click Insert.

  8. Click Save and Close.
