Adding your logo and clinic branding to patient communications

You can add your logo, clinic name or clinic colours to enhance brand recognition and patient engagement in your patient-facing communication. This configuration is used for all providers to maintain consistency.

Depending on your settings, the logo or clinic name appears in:

  • Letterheads

  • Email notifications

  • Patient portal

  • Prescriptions

  • Qnaires (also use the selected background colour)

📌 Note: You must have the Smartphone settings permission to configure this.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Smartphone.

  2. To add text, under Logo Type, select Text and type in the Logo text field.

  3. To add an image (logo), under Logo Type, select Image and click Select Logo Image. From the file explorer window that appears, select an image and click Open to upload it.

    📌 Note: You can add any PNG file. It will render as 50x50 pixels.

  4. To change the background colour of your Qnaires, in the Color field enter a colour code or click Pick and choose a colour.

  5. Click Save Appearance Setting.
