When you book an appointment for a provider, available appointment types based on their working hours appear in bold, and the rest are greyed out. To learn more, visit Booking appointments.
To simplify and streamline your appointment bookings further, your CHR can now limit the appointment types that appear to only the types associated with a provider's working hours and location.
This is beneficial for large clinics with multiple locations who have a long list of configured appointment types that should not even appear as greyed out options.
This feature must be enabled or disabled by the TELUS CHR Support account. Contact the TELUS Health support team through the support chat for more information.
