You can pair your TELUS CHR Mobile application with multiple CHR domains; for example, if you work at more than one location. Once you have paired with more than one clinic, you can easily switch between clinics in TELUS CHR Mobile.

💡 Tip: You can see which clinic you are currently logged into at the top of the login/PIN screen, at the top of the Clinic screen, as well as by the initials on the Clinic button.

1. Pair your device with the first clinic. See Pairing a device with TELUS CHR Mobile for more information.

2. To pair to another clinic, log into TELUS CHR Mobile. Select the Clinic button on the bottom right and then select + Connect clinic.

3. Scan the QR code when prompted. (See Pairing a device with TELUS CHR Mobile for more information).

4. Enter your existing PIN or use biometric login to log into the new clinic.

📌 Note: Use the same PIN for each clinic you connect to using TELUS CHR Mobile.

5. To quickly switch between clinics, long press the Clinic button and select the clinic from the list that appears. (The clinic you are currently logged appears selected in the list.)
