For every action completed in the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) via the CHR Enterprise API, a record is captured in CHR logs for each API consumer.
The Audit Logs capture all activities about the API consumer, such as when data was created, copied, activated, or deactivated.
The Access Logs capture all actions that were performed using the consumer. All API requests and responses are captured.
1. Log in to the CHR with the TELUS CHR Support account. For more information Contact the TELUS Health support team through the support chat.
2. From the main menu, click Settings > Enterprise API. The list of API Consumers appears.
3. To view a log for the desired consumer, click Audit Logs or Access Logs.
A list of all actions performed appears.
💡 Tip: When viewing Access Logs, you can click a query to see the detailed query and the response returned.
