New CHR versions are released on a regular bi-weekly schedule. However, there are times where a fix is released prior to the next scheduled release. These off-schedule release fixes are documented here and are not included in the main release notes, unless it is an improvement.

  • Group Visit Templates: You can now add or edit reminders in Group Visit Templates.

  • MB - Billing: In Manitoba, added the [214] Men's Health Clinic hospital code.

  • Referrals: When booking an appointment from a referral, you can once again select an appointment type.

  • PDFs: When uploading PDFs to the chart, checkboxes that were selected on the original PDF are now displayed in the CHR.

Version 23.1.10 - January 30, 2023

  • Inbox: You no longer see the page load error ("aw snap") when marking items as done in the Inbox.

Version 23.1.7 - January 25, 2023

  • Qnaires: Patients no longer see a page load error after clicking a Qnaire link.

  • BC - Billing: Added diagnostic code L23. Providers can submit this code along with the 98000 fee code to register for the Longitudinal Family Physician Plan Payment Schedule.
    💡 Tip: Providers can register between January 20th and March 31st, 2023. For detailed information, refer to the BC Ministry of Health's guide for Longitudinal Family Physician Plan Payment Schedule.

Version 23.1.6 - January 24, 2023

  • Workflow: When booking or editing an appointment, clicking the Presenting Issue field shows the issues list in the correct location next to the field. The fix is also applied to the following:

    • Presenting Issue field in an encounter

    • Reason for Referral field for both internal and incoming referrals.

  • Prescriptions: When you click Fax w/e-Signature and select a different pharmacy instead of the patient's preferred pharmacy, the prescription received by the pharmacy shows the correct recipient details in the Intended Recipient section.

  • PEI - Billing dashboard: In Prince Edward Island, you can download CSV files from the billing dashboard without any errors.

Version 23.1.1 - January 19, 2023

  • PEI - Billing: In Prince Edward Island, added the 2023 physician holiday schedule. Also, the previous holiday schedule remains effective for any back-dated bills.

  • AB - Billing: In Alberta, when you use the following modifiers, the Unit field is no longer locked and you can manually update the units:

  • Encounter: In the Prescription section, medications are no longer duplicated and are displayed only once.

  • Printing: Growth chart printouts correctly plot growth chart entries on a graph background.

  • PDF: From an encounter, when you add a letter and click Signed PDF, the PDF preview is no longer blank.
