1. Open Schedules. From the left side of the schedule, review the list of Requested Appointments.
📌 Note: Staff can see requested appointments for all providers. If you have filtered which schedules you see, click Show filtered only to filter the requested appointments to show only those for the schedules you are currently viewing. A provider can see only their own requested appointments.
3. Select an appointment from the list. This opens the appointment on the schedule, on the date and time requested.
4. Review the details of the requested appointment and either Confirm or Reject the appointment:
a) To confirm an appointment, make any necessary changes such as modifying the time and then click Confirm.
b) To reject an appointment, click Reject.
