New permission for editing the user profile
You can now manage which users can edit their user profile with the new User Profile Settings permission.
To maintain existing profile access, this new permission is automatically enabled for each role. Additionally, a user with the Edit Other Users permission can edit their own profile, even if the new User Profile Settings permission is not selected.
⚠️ Important: If the user does not have the Edit Other Users permission or a role applied, after the release of this version, they cannot edit their user profile until the User Profile Settings permission is granted.
📌Note: Users can edit their profile picture regardless of their permissions.

When performing a mass status change to bills from the Billing dashboard, the Apply button now becomes disabled and Please wait displays while the update is in progress. Update Successful! appears once completed and the Apply button remains disabled.
When viewing a patient's appointment, you will now see all appointments for the patient on that day, including with practitioners that are not currently selected in your filter.
