Adding a new form using the Clinical Content Library
Updated over 2 months ago

📌 Note: To perform this action, you must have the Templates: Forms permission. Refer to User permissions.

The Clinical Content Library enables you to self-manage clinical forms within your TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR). With the Clinical Content Library, you can download new forms, and update existing forms when a new version is available. Refer to Updating Clinical Content Library forms for more information.

The Clinical Content Library contains hundreds of the most commonly used forms, not including forms explicitly created by or for your clinic.

⚠️ Important: Updates are only available for forms imported from the Clinical Content Library, not for forms developed for your clinic or a copy of an imported form. You can distinguish a Clinical Content Library form by the gear icon or version number.

Steps

1. From the main menu, click Settings > Templates > Form and the forms section opens.

2. In the top-right corner, click Add Template, and from the list, select Add from Clinical Content Library. The Clinical Content Library is displayed.

3. To help narrow the search results:

  • Select filters to see forms that are National or specific to a Province or Region, for example.

  • In the Search library by content name field, type the name of the form you want to add.

4. Press Enter {Return}, and the results appear.

5. The table below describes the information in the search results and what actions are available.
