⚠️ Important: This is currently a beta feature. It will be available once the beta period is complete.

The TELUS Clinical Library enables you to self manage clinical forms within your TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR). With the Clinical Library, you can download new forms, and update existing forms when a new version is available. For more information on updating forms, refer to Updating TELUS Clinical Library forms.

The Clinical Library contains hundreds of the most commonly used forms; it does not include forms created specifically by or for your clinic.

⚠️ Important: Updates are only available for forms imported from the TELUS Health Clinical Library, not for forms developed for your clinic or a copy of an imported form.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Templates > Form and the forms section opens.

  2. In the top-right corner, click Add Template, and from the list select Add from TELUS Clinical Library. The TELUS Health Clinical Library is displayed.

  3. To help narrow the search results:

    • Select filters to see forms that are National only or specific to a Province or Region.

    • In the Search library by content name field, type the name of the form you want to add.

  4. Press Enter {Return}, and the results appear.

  5. The table below describes the information that appears in the search results, and what actions are available.
