When a patient has a work-related injury, you can fill out the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) report within the CHR and then create bills and submit claims to Alberta WCB.
For more information on the Alberta WCB billing integration, please send an email to the CARE team at care.emraccounts@telus.com.
To set up a new provider with Alberta WCB, the following information is required:
WCB billing numbers (no dashes, 8 digits maximum)
💡 Tip: You can add more than one WCB number by separating them with commas (e.g. 12345, 54321, 12121).
