Improvements
Collecting health profile obstetrical and social history data using Qnaires
You can now link Qnaire responses to GTPAL (Gravidity, Term, Preterm, Aborted, Living) and Social History patient data in most question types. When you collect patient responses, the data directly updates in the Health Profile section of the patient chart. For more information, refer to Linking Qnaire responses to patient data.
This enhancement streamlines health profile data collection and maintains data consistency between Qnaire responses and the patient data section of the chart.
Health Profile interface enhancements
We've updated the Health Profile interface to improve visual clarity. Patient names no longer appear in the title of health profile item windows. New visual indicators now identify risk factors and past conditions. Warning icons replace checkmarks for risk factors. Past now appears in the column for resolved health issues instead of a checkmark. These updates apply across Medical History, Surgical History, Family History, and Social History sections of the health profile.

Identifying nurse practitioners when searching the Healthcare Directory
For clinics using the Healthcare Directory, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) label now displays for all nurse practitioner specialties when you are searching the Healthcare Directory.
When you save a Healthcare Directory contact, the CHR maps the nurse practitioner (NP) specialty from the Healthcare Directory to the Occupation field in the contact in the CHR.
AI-powered inbox: Setting document size limits
For clinics using the CHR AI-powered inbox, you can now control the number of pages AI will process in your documents.
In Settings > AI-powered Features > CHR AI Settings, under Page Limit, you can set the number of pages for AI to analyze for documents in your inbox. Documents exceeding your set limit will be marked with a banner and require manual patient matching.
The maximum number of pages for AI to analyze is 50. AI will not process anything over 50 pages.
For more information, refer to AI-powered inbox: Setting document size limits.
CHR Connect: Monitoring adoption rates
For CHR Connect users, the Patient Search analytics dashboard now includes new columns and filters that help you monitor patient engagement with the CHR Connect app.
A new Pairings column shows each patient's CHR Connect app setup status. The Active Pairings filter (in the More section of the filter list) displays patients who currently use CHR Connect. Select Yes to view all patients with active connections.
For more information, refer to the Patient Search dashboard.

📌 Note: New CHR versions are released on a regular bi-weekly schedule. However, there are times where a fix is released prior to the next scheduled release. These off-schedule release fixes are documented in the separate off-schedule release notes.
