Posting messages on the Homepage Bulletin Board

The Homepage Bulletin Board is used to share clinic information with everyone at your clinic in one easy post. It is typically used for information that does not require a response or acknowledgment. It acts as a digital version of a bulletin board, for example, sharing that a new employee has joined the clinic.

📌 Note: Creating a new post replaces the existing post.

The Bulletin Board appears in the Homepage section. For more information, refer to:

📌 Note: You must have the Clinic Bulletin Board permission to create a post.

Steps

  1. In the top-right corner, click the pencil icon. The Update bulletin board window opens.

  2. Type your post into the field. Use the formatting bar that appears to select the colour, font, size or alignment for the text.

    💡 Tips:

    • You can copy and paste a photo or image.

    • You can add links to external websites.

    • Click the <> icon to view and edit the source code.

  3. Click Update. Your post is published.

    💡 Tip: Your name, position and the date you posted appear along with your post.
