Starting an Enterprise Psychosocial Risks (EPR) campaign
Updated over a week ago

To send the EPR questionnaire to employees, you need to start a campaign. Responses are collected for the duration of the campaign, then can be analysed and displayed in a variety of reports when the campaign ends (refer to <Running the analysis and viewing reports for an Enterprise Psychosocial Risks (EPR) campaign>).

Steps

  1. From the main menu, select Settings > EPR. The list of expired and active campaigns appears.

  2. In the top-right corner, click + New Campaign. The New Campaign window appears.
📌Note: There can only be one active campaign at a time.

  3. Give a Name to your campaign.

  4. Select the Start Date and End Date of your campaign.
💡 Tip: We suggest that you select an end date later than the end date that you will communicate to employees, so you can run the analysis in the days following the campaign.

  5. Select the English and French questionnaires from the list. There should only be one questionnaire in each language.

  6. In the Analysis Version field, enter the version number found in the Qnaires name (e.g. “8.10”).

  7. Click Save. The campaign is added and a QR code appears at the top.

  8. To send the questionnaire to employees, you have two options:

    • Share or print the QR code.
💡 Tip: You can take a screenshot of the QR code, or press Ctrl {Cmd} + P to print the entire page.

    • Share the questionnaire URL: https://<your-domain-name>.inputhealth.com/epr (e.g. https://epr-pilot.inputhealth.com/epr).

📌Note: Do not use the Send Invites option.
