Before a campaign ends, you need to run the analysis for that campaign to generate the analytics reports. In the Portrait diagnostique (diagnostic profile) dashboard, all the responses received for your campaign are presented in different graphs.
Steps to run the analysis
From the main menu, select Settings > EPR. The list of expired and active campaigns appears.
Next to the QR code, click Run Analysis.
📌 Note: Make a note of the date on which you run the analysis; you will need it when viewing the analytics reports.
⚠️Important: You must run the analysis before the End Date of the campaign. We recommend running it at the end of the last day of the campaign; any response received after you run the analysis will not be included in the reports.
If you did not run the analysis before the end date, you can add a new campaign, and select the same Start Date as your previous campaign, but an End Date in the future. Run the analysis for that new campaign. Responses from the previous campaign will be included in the reports.
