At the end of your campaign, you will have access to analytical reports of your Workplace Psychosocial Safety Assessment (WPSA) campaigns, also known as Enterprise Psychosocial Risks (EPR).
There are two reports:
Portrait diagnostique (Diagnostic profile – in French only): Main report with graphics illustrating the distribution of employees based on their perception of psychosocial hazards in the workplace and the work environment, as well as their productivity, well-being and health.
Détail (Details – in French only): Secondary report with details of your employee's feedback on each issue associated with the psychosocial hazards of their work and the organizational factors.
Steps to view the diagnostic profile
1. In the main menu, click Analytics.
2. On the right, select the Portrait diagnostique (Diagnostic profile) dashboard. For more information, see Viewing analytics dashboards.
3. Set up your filters using the following table as reference. For more information, refer to Filtering analytics dashboards.
📌 Notes:
The Catégorie d'emploi, Secteur and Filtre 3 filters are only available if this information was included in the questionnaire sent to employees.
The filters are cumulative, meaning only responses from employees who match all selected filters will appear in the reports.
Filter | Description |
Date d’exécution de l’analyse (Date of analysis) | If you have only run one campaign so far, you don't need to select a date.
If you have already run multiple campaigns, to view a specific campaign's data, select the day after the end date of the campaign; otherwise, all the data from your various campaigns will be aggregated. |
Catégorie d'emploi (Job category) and Secteur (Sector) | If necessary, select one or more values from these filters to include only employees in specific job categories or sectors. |
Filtre 3 (Filter 3) | This filter can be customized according to your company's needs and the information collected in the questionnaire (work shift, type of employee, work style, etc.). |
4. In the top-right corner, click the Load icon. The dashboard is displayed.
💡 Tip: Reports are kept in the cache to speed up the production of future reports. When you edit the filters, it is a good idea to use the Clear cache and refresh feature in the Dashboard actions menu.
At the top of the dashboard, you will find links to reference documentation on workplace psychosocial hazards (in French only).
Below, the different reports are displayed under two categories:
Risques psychosociaux du travail et l’environnement de travail (Workplace psychosocial safety and work environment)
Productivité, bien-être et santé des employé(e)s (Employee productivity, well-being and health)
5. To download all the reports, in the top-right corner, click the menu icon and select Download. For more information, see Downloading data from analytics reports.
