Configuring Integrated eFax

📌 Note: This feature must be configured by the TELUS CHR Support account. TELUS Health will do this configuration for you.

Before TELUS Health can configure Integrated eFax in your CHR domain, you must sign up. Contact the Sales team at emrsales@telus.com to sign up for Integrated eFax. Once you complete the required paperwork, a member of the TELUS Health team will configure your CHR for Integrated eFax.

Steps

1. From the main menu, click Settings > Faxes.

2. In the Fax Integrations window, click +Add Fax Integration.

3. Complete the fields:

Field

Description

Service Name

Select Consensus eFax v2.

Fax Number

Enter the 10-digit fax number.

Email Address

Enter the email address associated with the fax account.

Incoming Fax Inbox

Click Click to Select a Practitioner and select which inbox the faxes will be delivered to. You can select an individual user or a common user account such as Fax and Misc Labs. Then click Apply.

4. Click Save. Your CHR account is now set up with Integrated eFax and you can send and receive faxes.

💡 Tip: You can have more than one fax number for Integrated eFax and route them to different inboxes in your CHR.
