You can monitor your clinic's time savings and usage of AI-powered features. You can view data for the current month, as well as historical data.
To access the data, from the main menu, click Settings > AI-Powered Features.
📌Note: You must have the CHR AI-Powered Tool Management user permission.
📌 Note: The data displayed in the graph is current as of the previous day.
Token usage graph
The Token usage graph displays your total tokens used. To change the time range, click This month and select Last month, Last 6 months, This year, Last year.
The graph shows token usage by feature — purple indicates Inbox and pink indicates Writing. When you hover over a bar in the graph, a tooltip displays the number of tokens used for that time period.
📌 Note: Tokens are units of text that the AI model uses to read and understand information. Your billing is based on token usage, and if you exceed your allocated number, you move to a higher billing tier. There isn't a direct correlation between tokens and documents, as token count varies based on document size and complexity.
Time saved in inbox for your clinic graph
The Time saved in inbox for your clinic graph displays the total time saved for the selected period. To change the time range, click This month and select Last month, Last 6 months, This year, Last year.
When you hover over a day or month in the graph, a tooltip displays:
Time saved (in hours and minutes)
Number of documents processed (with total pages in brackets)
Number of pages rotated
Number of tokens used
Date
The time saved metric calculation is based on analysis of user behavior using Pendo analytics. It reflects average time savings per feature and document, tailored to your clinic's specific document types and AI usage patterns.
📌 Note: For days or months with no AI activity there are no data points on the graph.
