You can monitor your clinic's time savings and usage of AI-powered features. You can view data for the current month, as well as historical data.
To access the data, from the main menu, click Settings > AI-Powered Features.
📌Note: You must have the CHR AI-Powered Tool Management user permission.
📌 Note: The data displayed in the graph is current as of the previous day.
At the top of the page you can see the total time saved and the tokens used for the last month.
The time saved metric calculation is based on analysis of user behavior using Pendo analytics. It reflects average time savings per feature and document, tailored to your clinic's specific document types and AI usage patterns.
Tokens are units of text that the AI model uses to read and understand information. Your billing is based on token usage, and if you exceed your allocated number, you move to a higher billing tier.
📌 Note: There isn't a direct correlation between tokens and documents, as token count varies based on document size and complexity.
To change the time range, click This month and select a different time range: Last month, Last 6 months, This year, Last year.
The graph displays a daily breakdown of the AI-powered feature usage when you are looking at one month and displays a monthly breakdown when looking at multiple months. To see time saved using AI-powered features and number of tokens used for a specific time period, hover over a day or month.
📌 Note: For days or months with no AI activity there are no data points on the graph.
