You can make Qnaires available in TELUS Health Connect that patients can fill in and submit at any time, without you needing to send or assign them. For each Qnaire, you must select the user that will receive the responses in their inbox.
Once Qnaires are set as self-initiated Qnaires, they appear in the Documents section of the TELUS Health Connect app and patients can complete them. Refer to TELUS Health Connect (for patients).
Steps
1. From the main menu, click Qnaires.
2. In the top-right corner, click Self Qnaires.
3. In the top-right corner of the Self Initiable Qnaires window, click the + icon and select a Qnaire from the list.
4. Select the inbox in which you want to receive the responses for this Qnaire. Click No Inbox User and select a user from the list.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each Qnaire you want to make available in TELUS Health Connect.
6. To change the inbox in which you receive Qnaire responses, click the Qnaire and select another user from the list.
7. To remove a Qnaire, click the x to the right of the Qnaire.
8. Click Save.
The selected Qnaires are available in the Documents section of TELUS Health Connect, under Available forms.
