Creating clinic-wide task views

You can create clinic-wide task views for your most common workflows, creating consistency and saving time for your clinic’s users. For example, set filters to create a view for tasks that needs to be started or completed today, for all active critical tasks or for all tasks with a specific category. These saved views are visible for everyone in the task views list under Clinic views. To create personal views, refer to Saving personal task views.

📌Note: You need the Advanced Task Management Settings permission to create clinic-wide views (go to User permissions).

Steps

1. From the main menu, click Settings > Tasks > Saved views. The list of existing saved views appears.


2. To add a new view, click Add. A new entry section appears.


3. Enter the Name of the view.


4. Apply the desired filters. Refer to Filtering and sorting the tasks list.

  • To apply a filter, click it, then select the desired values. The selected value is added on the right.

  • To remove a value from the filter, click the x icon next to it.


4. Click Save. The view is added.


5. To edit an existing view:

a) Click the downward arrow to expand it.

b) Edit the Name or Filters Applied, and save your changes.

5. To delete an existing view:

a) Click the downward arrow to expand it.

b) Click the Delete icon, and confirm the deletion. This action is irreversible.
