Family Medicine New Brunswick (FMNB) is a team-based practice and payment model.
Participating FMNB providers work in FMNB groups.
Providers roster their patients and provide services to other rostered patients within their FMNB group as needed.
A patient's roster status with one FMNB provider in a group applies to all providers in that same group for billing purposes.

For existing providers, the following information is required:
Clinic ID (also known as EMR ID)
Provider ID
Token (provided by NB Health)
