You can filter the Billing dashboard to generate and export customized reports. See Filtering the Billing dashboard.
If you apply the same filter on a regular basis, you can create Saved Filters. Saved filters are customised to your clinic, any saved filters are available to all users in the clinic. These are useful for any group of bills that must be reviewed regularly.
When you click a saved filter, any bills that meet the filter criteria appear in the Billing dashboard. The Total Amount changes to the total of the filtered claims and the filter appears at the top of the dashboard.
From the main menu, click Billing.
On the left side next to Saved Filters, click + .
A New Filter window appears.
Select your filters. See Filtering the Billing dashboard.
Click Save. The filter appears in the list on the left and is available for future use.
To edit a saved filter, click the gear icon next to the name.
To delete a saved filter, click the gear icon next to the name and click the trash can icon in the top right corner of the Edit Filter window.
