You can add payment tags when creating insured and private bills. These can then be used to filter the billing dashboard.

For example, some billing codes must be used 4 times to receive a bonus payment. You can use a payment tag (for example: Bonus).

Another example, when you are billing under multiple specialities, one tag can be Internal and the other tag GP.

Your front staff can filter the billing dashboard to identify specific bills efficiently.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Billing.

  2. Under Payment Tags, click Add New Tag.

  3. From the New Tag window, type the tag name in the empty field.

  4. Click Save and refresh your browser before using the newly added tag.
