When you are using your label printer, and see the Alert for No Dymo printer detected, you should ensure the service is running correctly. A good troubleshooting method is to re-start the service.
Steps
In the taskbar of your computer, check that your Dymo service is running.
If the Dymo icon is not in the taskbar, you need to re-launch it:Right click {Control + click} on the D icon and make sure the service is started; you should see Started on port XXX. If it is not started, click Start service.
Re-starting the service can also solve many issues:
If none of the above works, click Diagnose... to make sure Dymo is communicating with Chrome.
Refresh your Chrome Browser after you have followed any of the above tips.
You should now see the following message:
