You can easily insert sections of the patient health profile (such as medical problems, family history and surgical history) into encounter and letter templates. This enables you to view, add, and edit health profile items directly from your encounters and letters.

When you save the encounter, any health profile item that you added or edited is also updated in the patient chart.

📌 Note: You cannot insert the health profile into Qnaires and forms.

When creating an encouter template, insert a variable and choose the health profile section.
