Making a credit card payment using the patient portal (for patients)

You can make credit card payments for any private bills through the patient portal.

1. Log in to the patient portal. See Accessing the patient portal from your web browser (for patients).

2. From the patient portal home page, click Billing.
A Billing page opens (see example below).

3. Click a bill to select it to make payment. (The checkmark next to the selected item is highlighted.)

4. Click Make payment.
A New Payment window opens.

5. Enter all your credit card details in the corresponding fields.
​

6. Click Pay <amount>.

7. If payment is successful, a new window opens.
​

8. Optionally, click Download Invoice to view or save a copy of the invoice.
