When patients book appointments online, your clinic address and location map can be displayed on the appointment notification (at the end of the eBooking process).

You can also choose to have your clinic address and location map to display on eBooking notifications on an appointment type basis. For example, an appointment for a virtual visit does not require this information, while an appointment for an in-person consultation does.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Scheduling > Extra Tab.

  2. Under Show Map and Address on Appointment Letter, select one of the following options:

    • Enable: Shows your clinic's location address information on the eBooking notification.

    • Disable: Hides your clinic's location address information on the eBooking notification.

  3. Click Submit.


    If you want to this to be different per appointment type,

  4. From Settings, edit or add the appointment type. See Creating and modifying appointment types.

  5. In the Edit Appointment Type or New Appointment Type window, under Show location on appointment letter, select one of the following options:

    • Default: Shows or hides the clinic location's address information based on your clinic-wide setting above.

    • Enable: Shows the clinic location's address information.

    • Disable: Hides your clinic location's address information.

3. Click Submit.
