When patients book appointments online, for each appointment type, you can choose if your clinic's address and location map display on appointment notifications. For example, an appointment for a virtual visit likely doesn't require this information, while an appointment for an in-person exam does.

Steps

1. From Settings, edit or add the appointment type. See Creating and modifying appointment types.

2. In the Edit Appointment Type or New Appointment Type window, in the SHOW LOCATION ON APPOINTMENT LETTER list, select one of the following options:

  • Default: To show or hide the clinic location's address information based on your clinic-wide setting

  • Enable: To show the clinic location's address information

  • Disable: To hide your clinic location's address information

3. Click Submit.
