Before you can use virtual visits, you must meet these requirements:

  • Pathways must be enabled on your system. If you do not see the house icon for Pathways in the main menu, contact the Support team.

  • The patient's email address or phone number must be entered in their demographics in your EMR.

  • You must have a computer with a supported operating system, as well as a camera and a microphone. For supported operating systems, see Hardware and software requirements.

  • You must be running the latest version of Google Chrome.

  • Patients must have a mobile device or computer with a supported operating system and web browser, camera, microphone, and a high speed connection to the internet. Patients must use the latest version of Google Chrome on a computer or Android devices, or Safari on an iOS device.
