Before you can use virtual visits with the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR), you must meet these requirements:
Pathways must be enabled on your domain. If you do not see the house icon for Pathways in the main menu, contact the support team or the TELUS Health account management team at CHRAccountManagement@telus.com.
The patient's email address or phone number must be entered in their demographics in your CHR.
You must have a computer with a supported operating system, as well as a camera and a microphone. For supported operating systems, see Hardware and software requirements.
You must be running the latest version of Google Chrome.
Patients must have a mobile device or computer with a supported operating system and web browser, camera, microphone, and a high speed connection to the internet. Patients must use the latest version of Google Chrome on a computer or Android devices, or Safari on an iOS device.
