You can view and modify time off on a provider-specific basis or on a per template basis.

Steps to view and modify provider-specific time off

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Scheduling > Vacations.

  2. To delete a time off slot, under Practitioner Vacations, click x beside a provider name and date, and click Okay to confirm.

  3. To modify time off for a provider, click on one.
An Update Off Time window appears, where you can select a different provider, change the start date and time, end date and time, colour in the schedule, and the description of the time off.
💡 Tip: You can also delete the time off from here using the trash can icon.

  4. To save the changes, click Save.

📌 Note: You can also modify time off from the provider's schedule. For more details see Adding and removing time off in the schedule.

If you applied time off/vacation in providers' schedules using time off templates (see Applying time off templates to provider schedules), you can view and delete provider time off per applied templates.

Steps to view and modify provider time off on a per template basis

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Scheduling > Vacations.

  2. From Practitioner Vacations, click Template.

  3. Select a template.
The Edit Vacation Schedule Template window appears.

  4. To delete provider time off associated to that template, click Related Schedules (at the top right corner).

    • Click Delete All to delete all the time off for all providers in the list.

    • Hover over a provider name and click Delete All to delete only their off time.

    • Hover over a date and click X to delete individual dates.

  5. Once you are done, click Close to exit the window.

  6. Finally, refresh your browser to see the provider schedules.
