You can allow patients see your clinic's address and map on any reminders and notifications they receive for a specific appointment type. Also, when this option is enabled, when patients self- book this appointment type through your CHR eBooking site, your clinic address and location displays on the appointment notification - which appears at the end of the eBooking process.ss.
In setting this option on a per-appointment-type basis, you can select when patients will or will not see your clinic location. For example, you can set an appointment type for an in-person consultation to display this information and an appointment type for a virtual visit to not display this information.
💡 Tip: You can also enable this feature for all appointment types at once by setting it at a clinic-wide level. See Displaying clinic address and map on all eBooking notifications. If you want to enable this feature for only some appointment types, you must disable the feature at the clinic-wide level.
1. If you want your clinic address and location map to display only for appointment types that you enable for this feature, disable the feature at a clinic-wide level. See Displaying clinic address and map on all eBooking notifications.
2. From Settings, edit or add the appointment type. See Creating and modifying appointment types.
3. In the Edit Appointment Type or New Appointment Type window, under Show location on appointment letter, select one of the following options:
Default: Shows or hides the clinic location's address information based on your clinic-wide setting above.
Enable: Shows the clinic location's address information.
Disable: Hides your clinic location's address information.
4. Click Submit.
