Your TELUS CHR account must be integrated with Health PEI, a billing claim service, before you can submit your provincial (Medicare) bills to Health PEI.
If you are in the implementation phase, your Project Manager will work with you on this. If you are a new provider joining a clinic once they are already live using the CHR, your clinic lead must contact the TELUS Health support team through the in-app support bubble. See Contact us.
We require the following information to set up your CHR account for insured billing purposes:
Clinic Site ID
Provider ID (Provider billing number)
Specialty
Facility type
Additional secondary clinic details
