Once you've created message templates, you can easily use them in internal messaging. This allows you to quickly initiate and send internal communication.
⚠ Important: Only users with template permissions can create message templates. However, anyone can use message templates.
1. From the main menu, click Inbox.
2. At the top-right, click + Message.
The New Message window appears.
3. At the top-right, click Template and select the desired template.
The template is applied to your message.
📌 Note: Once you select a template, the Title is automatically added to your message. This comes from the Message Title field when creating message templates.
4. Input message details, e.g. select a recipient, add any attachments or mark message as urgent, and click Submit. Your message is sent to the recipient.
