When you send faxes from the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR), it attempts to successfully deliver your faxes three times. If the fax isn't delivered, you automatically receive an inbox message. From this message, you can access and easily re-send the fax.
For information about why your faxes fail, refer to Integrated eFax failure failure reasons (or SRFax fax failure reasons if you are not yet using Integrated eFax).
You can also resend a failed fax to a new number (refer to Resending a failed fax to a different fax number).
Steps
1. From the main menu, click Inbox.
2. Click the failed fax.
3. The fax contents appear in a new window. At the bottom of the window, click Resend.
4. When prompted to confirm, click Okay.
💡 Tip: To skip the additional confirmation, select the Do not show this dialog again checkbox.
The CHR confirms that your resend request is in progress.
