Accessing the CHR help centre
To view the TELUS CHR online help and search for help articles in your web browser, navigate to help.inputhealth.com.
💡 Tip: Create a bookmark for the CHR help centre. To the right of the URL, click the star icon and choose where to save the bookmark.
If you need help while logged into the CHR, use the chat bubble in the bottom-left corner. Under Search for help, click the Search articles... field, and either browse the topics or type text into the search bar to search for specific topics.
This is very useful since you can open and read the article while working in the CHR. For example, if you want to learn how to stop a medication, you can search for and open the Stopping medications article while in the Medications section of the patient's chart.
💡 Tip: If you are reading a help article and want to return to it later, click the purple down arrow to minimize the article. When ready to return to it, click the chat bubble again.
Navigating the CHR help
To assist with discovering the content you need, we have organized our help articles under collections. Each collection has a short description to help you better understand what they contain. Some are further divided into sub-sections. For example, the Patient chart collection has various sub-sections, from Navigating patient charts to Patient chart settings.

To enlarge/reduce the size of the article window, click the arrows in the top-right corner of the article.
To return to the sub-section, collection page, or main support page from an open article, click the arrow at the top-left corner.
