You can create follow-up questions in Qnaires in response to a patient's answer. For example, you can ask a patient a Yes/No question and if they answer Yes, another question is asked, related to the answer.

  1. From the Questions page within a new or existing Qnaire, select the question and the choice where you want to add a follow-up question to. For example, Question: do you smoke? Choices: Yes or No.

  2. Hover your mouse over the choice (for example, Yes) and select the type of question you want to create as the follow-up question.

  3. A new question creator window opens and configure it accordingly. See Creating Qnaires.

📌 Note: You can create another follow-up question within a follow-up question.
