The TELUS CHR team has been working hard to get you new features and enhancements. Here are some highlights:
What’s new in the CHR
Redesigned patient information in the appointment booking window: Based on your feedback, we have redesigned the appointment booking window to display patient information more clearly.
Auto categorization of lab results in AB and BC: Reports are now automatically categorized with a file tag to eliminate manual work.
AI-enabled document owner and file naming: Get automated suggestions for the owner and file name (paid service, contact emrsales@telus.com for details.).
Encounter and letter templates include social history and obstetrical care data variables: You can now include specific social history and obstetrical care data in encounter and letter templates.
Auto-populate Social History and Obstetrical Care information from the Health Profile: You can now configure your forms to quickly populate the health profile information.
Write encounter notes using Tali AI Scribe: Use this integration to have AI create a SOAP note based on your conversation with the patient or an unstructured dictated summary of the visit.
CHR Connect updated default appointment notifications: The default email templates for Appointment Confirmation and Appointment Booked notifications now have clearer messaging about what is expected of the patient.
Displaying family connections created in CHR Connect within the CHR (patient app integration): With a single CHR Connect login, patients can now manage both their own and their dependents' healthcare.
CHR Assistant: Our new AI chatbot, a CHR expert by your side, is added to the CHR Resource Centre to answer your common CHR questions.
