eClaims Settings dashboard

The eClaims Settings analytics dashboard allows you to view details of your clinic’s eClaims integration settings in one place. It is a read-only dashboard with information about the organization and practitioner details used to set up the eClaims integration. You can export and print data from this dashboard.

Steps

1. In the CHR main menu, click Analytics.

2. In the Dashboards search field, type eClaims Settings, and select the dashboard.

3. At the top of the window, click the Load icon. The dashboard is displayed. It shows all the information you entered in the CHR when integrating eClaims for independent providers or for clinics with multiple providers.

4. To export the data from one report, hover over the report tile, click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the report and select Download data. To download all reports at once, click the menu icon in the top-right corner and select Download. For more information, go to Downloading data from analytics reports.
