Improvements

Automatically calculating the Final GA in Obstetrical Care records

In an Obstetrical Care record, when you add the pregnancy End Date, the Final GA is automatically calculated. Final GA remains a free text field, if you don’t add the End Date.

When the pregnancy is completed, either by updating the Pregnancy Status to Past, or adding the End Date, the GA fields in the Current Pregnancy tab are cleared.

📌 Note: Existing pregnancies with an End Date will be updated with the Final GA.

New fields for Injections and Immunizations

When recording an immunization or injection for a patient, or adding a clinic-wide frequent injection in Settings, you can now add Drug Code and Manufacturer.

In addition, the Dose field is no longer mandatory, and you can select Unit(s) as the dose. The Serum field has been repurposed as Instructions.

For more information, refer to Recording immunizations and injections.

Printing trending lab values in a table

When printing trending lab values in a Table, the data is now formatted in an easy-to-read table.

Role-based access: Granular permissions for Patient Files

For clinics using role-based access control, you can now set specific user permissions for Patient Files. This improves data security and privacy for patients while providing more flexibility to create customized roles and access levels for users.

The new Patient Files permissions you can set are All, List, Create, Read, and Delete. Previously, access to patient files was controlled by the Patients permission. So that no functionality is lost, all users with the Patients permission now automatically have the corresponding Patient Files permission.
