If your system has French enabled, you can view the CHR in your preferred language. The first time you log in, the Account Default language is used. You can then easily switch your CHR view between French and English, and the system remembers your preference the next time you log in.

📌 Note: The CHR employs a logical sequence to determine the patient's notification language. It first checks the specified Notification Language. If not set to English or French, it sequentially checks the Preferred Language, Other Spoken Languages, and your clinic’s account language. If none of these are set to English or French, or if no language is specified, the system defaults to sending notifications in English.
Steps
From the main menu, click your avatar, and then click Language.
In the Language list, select English or French.
📌 Note: If you do not see the Language option, contact the TELUS Health support team through the support chat.
Click Okay. The CHR reloads and then appears in your selected language.
