Any fax within the CHR is consolidated as a PDF before it is sent out. The fax can be accommodated with a cover page. See Adding a cover page to a fax.

CHR users have the ability to create, customise and update more than one fax cover page per clinic. They can be linked to patient and clinic data so that the relevant data will auto-populate the cover page template when required.

Steps:

  1. From the main toolbar, go to Settings > Templates.

  2. Click Cover Page.

  3. Click Add Cover Page.
    A pop up window New Cover Page Template appears.

  4. Enter TEMPLATE NAME

  5. Click on the Paperclip Icon to upload the Base Document (PDF file).

    Select a file from your personal device.

    📌 Note: Ignore the Reconcilable checkbox - not applicable for fax cover pages.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Wait a few seconds for the cover page to appear in the list of cover page templates.

    💡 Tip: Refresh your browser after a 1-2 minutes If the red IN PROGRESS has not changed to Auto Fill Templates next to the name of your new Cover Page Template.

  8. To configure a cover page, click on the specific one to open the editor window.
    The cover page will display.


    💡 Tip: You can expand the page by clicking on the expand button and zoom into a specific section of the page to allow for accurate configuration.


    📌 Note: From here you can add a text box, checkmark and/or signature to your cover page.

Adding an Auto-fillable Text Box:

  1. Click on an area on the cover page where you would like to add a Text Box

    A small window will appear with three options.

  2. Select the Text Box.
    An Update Text Box window will open.

Adding a Free Text Box

  1. Click on an area on the cover page where you would like to add a Text Box
    A small window will appear with three options

  2. Select Text Box
    An Update Text Box window will open

  3. Name the Text Box.

  4. Click outside the window to add a new item.
