Redesigned growth charts
📌 Note: TELUS Health must manually enable this feature following the release. To ensure a smooth transition, the feature will be rolled out gradually over the next several weeks.
Growth charts in the CHR have been redesigned. When you open a Growth Chart, patient measurements are now displayed as both an interactive graph and a data table, giving you a clear picture of where a patient sits on the growth curve and how their measurements trend over time.
You can view measurements as percentiles or z-scores and use different growth chart standards, including WHO, CDC, or CDC Down Syndrome. You can also compare different standards or multiple measurements side by side by adding additional charts.
Hover over any data point on the graph to see the age, measurement value, and corresponding percentile or z-score.
To add a new measurement, click Add entry at the bottom of the table.
For more information, refer to Viewing growth charts and Adding measurements to growth charts.
Fixes
If you have Category enabled in the Inbox, when you click the Category of an inbox item, the menu now scrolls properly when there is limited screen space. All options, including Remove, are now accessible.
For clinics using the redesigned letter editor, when creating a letter using a letter template that has instant variables with a configured Prefix or Suffix, when you select the variable, the prefix and suffix text now correctly populate.
When an HRM report is sent to multiple providers, it no longer appears as duplicate files in the patient chart. Each provider still receives their own notification in the inbox, as expected.
When a provider has a group visit with the Allow eBooking toggle off, that time is no longer available to patients requesting appointments using eBooking.
Manitoba: When creating insured bills, fee amounts are now validated to not exceed $9,999.99 (the maximum supported amount). If you attempt to enter a higher amount, a message is displayed and the amount cannot be saved. This prevents your bill submissions to Manitoba Health from being rejected.
📌 Note: New CHR versions are released on a regular bi-weekly schedule. However, there are times where a fix is released prior to the next scheduled release. These off-schedule release fixes are documented in the separate off-schedule release notes.
