The Billing Outstanding dashboards allow you to view bills with an outstanding balance. There are two different dashboards:
Billing Outstanding Insured: Outstanding bills that were submitted to a provincial (Ontario Health Insurance Plan, Medical Service Plan, etc.) or custom (third party) billing agency. It includes all insured claims with a balance and a status of Attention required, Draft, Held, Ready to submit or Submitted.
Billing Outstanding Private: All outstanding private bills (services billed directly to the patient using Private billing).

4. At the top of the window, click the Load icon. The dashboard is displayed.
The first two reports in the Billing Outstanding Insured dashboard show the balance due by period for each location or provider.
The Outstanding Billing Report, available in both the insured and private dashboards, gives you a detailed view of all outstanding bills, based on the filters you set.
